Responsibilities:
- Assemble and summarize data to structure loss analysis template identifying financial status and risks.
- Analyze all past claims filed to determine recoverability and report on trends.
- Consult with management to guide long-term strategic decision making.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2-4 years experience in mortgage banking environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of FHA, VA, and USDA claim filings.
