Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a consultant: curious, analytical, organized, and eager to solve internal challenges. You’ll work closely with our Ops team to evaluate and improve how things work behind the scenes—analyzing workflows, testing new systems, and supporting team-wide communication and alignment. The work involves research and analysis to support better decision-making. It’s not a finance internship, and it’s not focused on policy analysis or content writing.
Instead, you'll be supporting internal strategy, documentation, and team coordination. Responsibilities include evaluating existing internal processes, assisting in documenting new procedures, conducting research and analysis to support decision-making, drafting internal communications, and organizing digital files.
