Strategic Sourcing Manager – IT Hardware

Partner with internal (commercial and technical) stakeholders on clarifying short and long-term IT hardware, IaaS, and global support/maintenance sourcing requirements whilst leading the development of supplier negotiation strategies. Own opportunity assessment and initiation through contract execution. Lead commercial and contractual requirements across ServiceNow’s IT Hardware supplier profile. Craft unique supplier strategies that align to stakeholders’ requirements. Supplier interface for all RFI, RFP and RFQs. Conduct proper TCO Modeling of RFx proposals, present RFx results to stakeholders, and drive towards the closure of a sourcing decision. Stay up to date on IT Hardware and IaaS market dynamics to ensure Category is properly managed. Collaborate with internal Sustainability teams to support Sustainability requirements with suppliers. Drive suppliers towards improving Sustainability efforts. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Manage, advise, and engage in the sourcing and contracting processes in the IT Hardware, IaaS and Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support categories.
