Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS across warehouse sites
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
- Ensure alignment with overall program governance and deployment roadmap
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Drive execution across key workstreams: Operations, IT & Integration, Business Process Engineering
- Facilitate daily/weekly project meetings and track deliverables
- Partner with site leadership to ensure operational readiness
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:
- Act as primary liaison between Internal teams, Customer stakeholders, and External implementation partners
- Coordinate integration timelines, testing cycles, and deployment readiness
- Deliver clear status reports, risk updates, and executive summaries
