Job Description
Own Technical Design: Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and solutions; Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards; Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and integration with external systems.
Enhance Salesforce Environment: Continuously optimize and enhance the Salesforce environment, including performance tuning, maintenance, and scalability; Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, technical architecture, and deployment procedures; Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team through documentation and mentoring.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process; Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to define and prioritize tasks and user stories; Work efficiently within a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
