The Team:
- Payward Services is Kraken's B2B2C platform, providing crypto infrastructure for banks, fintechs, and consumer brands.
- The Partner Solutions team is central to complex partner engagements, designing full solutions and staying engaged through launch.
The Opportunity:
- Architect complete partner solutions across product scope, commercial model, operational structure, and regulatory design.
- Partner seamlessly with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams without needing hand-holding.
- Co-author the Solution Blueprint and drive a clean handoff to Customer Success at go-live.
Skills You Should HODL:
- Extensive experience in fintech partnerships, strategy consulting, or solutions design, ideally in regulated financial services.
- Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous partner problems into structured, actionable solutions.
- Strong commercial instinct for modeling fee economics and pressure-testing deal structures.
