Principal Architect, Business

The Principal Architect, Business within Kinaxis’ Solution Assurance team plays a vital role in customers’ supply chain transformation journey. Leveraging their supply chain management and process engineering expertise, they’ll collaborate with Solution Architects to design optimized solutions and implement best practices throughout the lifecycle of the deployment that ensure seamless deployments and deliver measurable value. They will understand customers’ current business models, supply chain processes and pain points, and drive alignment to a future state built around Kinaxis’ Maestro solution. They will Prepare for future implementations leveraging industry templates, customer blueprint methodology, draft user stories and shaping agenda for future solution blueprint. The Principal Architect will develop education and presentation materials for use by internal teams, customers and Leadership team while managing multiple engagements simultaneously and effectively, fostering strong collaboration with partners and customers.
