Therapy Development Specialist

The Therapy Development Specialist will act as a bridge between internal and external care teams, ensuring effective integration and optimization of Nidra therapy. You will also identify therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to the marketing, sales, customer care, and product development teams, helping shape future therapy solutions. Responsibilities include leading onboarding and training of titration partners and delivering ongoing education programs. You will oversee the training and certification process for titration partners. As a technical lead for the Therapy Support team, you’ll provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance for complex cases. Additionally, provide direct virtual support to patients as needed, including therapy activation, troubleshooting, and optimization. A Bachelor’s degree is encouraged. This is a full-time, remote position with the potential for up to 25% travel during the first year.
