Lead experimental marketing initiatives, creating the testing strategy, discovering new channels, managing a test budget, and scaling what works. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on experimentation. Reporting to the Director of Paid Acquisition, you'll be a key member of the Demand Gen team and pave the path for innovative customer acquisition strategies that fuel the expansion. Effectively manage a growing channel testing budget, applying rigorous quantitative analysis to optimize performance and maximize return on spend. Develop and own our digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap. Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to develop and execute effective experiments. Own communication of experimental results and insights to key stakeholders.
