Staff Software Engineer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Build and innovate new features for WSD, delivering solutions that enhance physical and digital work environments.
• Drive customer success by supporting customers during case-related activities, implementations, and go-live events.
• Maintain and support deployed services by addressing vulnerabilities, ensuring security, stability, and ongoing reliability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with Java or similar object-oriented programming language.
• Passion for JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based development.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay of $166,500 - $291,400 plus equity and variable incentives.
