Engage with partners and end-users: Establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements. Create content and deliver presentations to decision-makers.
Manage technical evaluations: Serve as a main technical advisor for Veeam solutions and provide pre-sales assistance to customers.
Collaboration and Support: Record customer engagement activities on Salesforce and work with Veeam’s value-added resellers on training.
Participate in strategic initiatives to increase efficiencies and provide long-term value to the company. Support lead generation via events and webinars.
Share insights: Provide customer feedback to Veeam Product Development and Engineering.
