Impact:

  • Play a key role for delivering data-driven, actionable customer insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations that drive business objectives by drawing out key insights from in-depth, complex data sources
  • Proactively create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions that make attribution unassailable and maximize key KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of performance and development of direct reports
  • Oversee customer data requests; scope and prioritize these requests, and lead a team to analyze and present data
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop new tools, models, and data sources

Requirements:

  • 6-9+ years previous relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience
  • Demonstrated success using customer segmentation techniques such as RFM, cluster analysis and regression modeling to drive targeted marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science
