Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the regional team through coaching and mentoring.
- Manage team-level budgets in line with regional targets.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
Performance and Customer Insight:
- Lead data-driven performance and customer insight reviews, analysing customer data and feedback trends to identify systemic issues.
- Coach opportunities and areas for operational improvement.
- Monitor and govern Salesforce usage and data quality.
Customer Success Strategies:
- Partner with other Customer Success leaders to drive global consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve complex challenges and advance joint initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and execution of Customer Success strategies that align with company goals.
