Provide direct clinical excellence in general pediatrics, including acute care and health education.
Support NICU families with specialized education, care plans, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor adverse events and improve protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years pediatric primary care experience as an advanced practice provider.
Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience in level III or IV.
Active unrestricted license in CA, GA, TN, or TX preferred; willingness to obtain all US states.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range $110,000-$135,000 plus equity participation.
