Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

The Fund is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Services Department. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-level transactions, collaborating with industry experts, and helping clients navigate the complex world of commercial real estate. Responsibilities include: Taking ownership of client issues from first contact through resolution; Independently facilitating commercial closings including document prep, recording, and stakeholder communication; Drafting and finalizing pro-forma and final title policies, endorsements, and closing statements; Serving as a key contact for Fund Members on construction draw requests and escrow matters; Collaborating with internal teams, attorneys, and agents nationwide on complex transactions; Reviewing and preparing escrow agreements and documentation for deposit of funds; Overseeing Commercial Services invoicing and maintain construction service files; Ensuring compliance with company policies, deadlines, and regulatory training.
