What You’ll Do:
- Build trust by maintaining regular engagement cadences throughout the customer implementation lifecycle.
- Guide customer growth by creating goal-oriented plans and adapting them based on regular progress reviews.
- Advocate for the customer by linking them to internal teams to shape product and process improvements.
About You:
- Must have deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance.
- Require 1+ years in technology consulting or implementation, preferably at a top consulting firm or startup.
- Are a mission-first team player with strong project management and executive communication skills.
