Job Description

In this role, the Technical Support Engineer will provide responsive and high-quality technical support to customers in the LATAM region, assist users with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote desktop support tools, and escalate complex problems to the software development or engineering teams as needed. It will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement. Candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced, self-learning environment and have willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
