They are seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager who understands that modern business moves at the speed of thumbs and fingertips—for entrepreneurs closing deals from coffee shops, CFOs approving payments from airport lounges, and small business owners managing cash flow between client meetings. Lead an experienced engineering team of 8, consisting of both Android & iOS engineers, including one backend engineer. Mentor, retain, and provide feedback to high-performing engineers of all skill levels. Work closely with engineering leaders, designers, product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Serve as the connective tissue between mobile and the broader engineering organization, translating mobile constraints and opportunities into language that resonates with backend, web, and infrastructure teams.
