Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, consulting with clinicians as needed.
- Coordinate telehealth meetings between participants and clinicians.
- Escalate issues to management as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered RN license.
- Nursing knowledge and skills necessary to treat frail, elderly participants.
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Able to work assigned shift which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to execute tasks in a changing environment.
- Able to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
