About the Role:
- Passionate about improving mental healthcare.
- Improve billing operations and expand access to care.
- Identify denial trends and investigate affected claims.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make high-quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable.
- Demystify complex systems.
- Ensure clients and therapists are empowered with greater knowledge and choice.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- Experience with insurance across multiple commercial & government payers.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/ CPT codes preferable in mental health.
- Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including the number of conversations you work on per day.
Role Details:
- Full Time, Non-Exempt.
- Remote role with travel 2–3 times per year.
- Base compensation varies depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
