Senior Software Engineer, AI Applications

You will be responsible for developing and refining effective prompts for various AI use cases, iterating rapidly on prompt design and development strategies to improve model performance, accuracy, efficiency, and reduce latency. You will contribute to production code and participate in code reviews, implement features like RAG, few-shot prompting, and domain-specific fine-tuning and develop and execute evaluation plans to measure the performance of LLMs. Gathering user feedback, interpreting results, and iteratively enhancing model outputs and user experience is part of the role, partnering with product managers and stakeholders to translate customer use-cases and requirements into LLM-enabled solutions, own implementation end-to-end.
