Director of Digital and AI Search

The Director of Digital & AI Search will be the strategic driver of how Quantum Metric shows up across every digital touchpoint – from human buyers to AI agents. This role combines vision and execution: you’ll define what great looks like, lead agencies and programs to scale, and jump into the weeds when needed to keep performance sharp. You’ll inherit a strong, mature foundation and take it to the next level through innovation in AI search, conversion optimization, and intelligent experimentation.

Responsibilities include leading Quantum Metric’s digital performance strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, and CRO and owning the AI Search strategy. This role also drives continuous experimentation and optimization, owning both the A/B testing platform and frameworks for digital growth. The Director also manages relationships with digital agency partners.
