Job Description
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Sterling OMS to support order capture, fulfillment, inventory visibility, and reverse logistics. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable OMS solutions. Lead the technical design and implementation of Sterling OMS modules including order orchestration, sourcing, payment processing, and shipment. Define integration strategies with ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce, and CRM systems.
Establish best practices for OMS development, configuration, and deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Ensure system performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in order management and retail systems.
