Job Description

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration clients into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues. Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities, working directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues. They will consult and identify solutions for clientโ€™s specific requirements, manage change and client expectations effectively, and maintain real time project status through online project management tools. Establish and manage aggressive timelines, provide weekly/monthly reporting to management.The role requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree with 4+ yearsโ€™ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
