Job Overview:
- This strategic, high-impact role leads complex venue sourcing projects that deliver cost savings and align with client business objectives.
- The individual sources hotels and venues, negotiates contracts, and tracks financial impact to ensure alignment with client goals and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead venue sourcing for complex, high-value client meetings and events.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning sourcing decisions with client objectives and business goals.
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy using Cvent and other tools to manage RFPs and gather venue proposals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years related experience in the meeting and events industry with sourcing focus.
- Deep understanding of meetings and incentive planning with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cvent, and comfort with CRM and sourcing platforms.
