We are looking for a strategic, data-oriented Sourcer to find and engage exceptional GTM talent.
You will own top-of-funnel strategy for a portfolio of roles across Sales and Solutions Architecture.
You will combine market research, creative outreach, and recruiting technology to reach candidates.

What you'll do:

Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals and develop sourcing strategies.
Identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates and manage them through initial stages.
Build broad candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and events.

Who you are:

3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
