- Complete a structured online survey of approximately 20 minutes within the specified timeframe.
- Provide thoughtful responses to multiple-choice questions about your Medicare Advantage experience.
- Record approximately 10 short voice responses sharing your perspectives.
Requirements:
- Be currently based in the United States.
- Be age 64 or older and Medicare-eligible.
- Be currently or previously enrolled in the specified Medicare Advantage health plan.
- Have access to a working microphone and quiet environment.
