What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment.
- Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, helping them understand Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility.
- Support prospects through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and a high level of care.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Health or Health & Life license and minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems with strong communication skills.
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements and willingness to complete a background check.
What We Offer:
- $18.00/hr base pay with seasonal incentive opportunities.
