Role Overview:
- Responsible for outbound and inbound calls to Medicare Supplement/Advantage clients.
- Primary focus is retaining the book of business through rapport building and issue resolution.
- Must also seek new business opportunities and cross-sell ancillary products.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of pre-sales or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to new technology.
- Must be able to work from home with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation with uncapped commission; target annual earnings of $61,534.
