Responsibilities:
- Facilitate telephonic enrollment by presenting benefits and assisting prospects with the enrollment process.
- Follow CMS guidelines and use approved scripts to ensure compliance.
- Support field sales representatives by assigning appointments and managing CRM work lists.
Qualifications:
- Valid Health Insurance License required.
- 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or healthcare related field.
- Proven sales and customer service skills.
