About the Role:
- You will dial out to homeowners and handle inbound calls to set appointments.
- You will ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all appointments.
- You will work in a remote environment while meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour and manage heavy inbound call flow.
- Document and track appointments per company standards.
- Multitask through various systems while maintaining a sales mindset.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20/hr base with uncapped commission; most reps earn at least $22/hr.
