Inbound Sales Representative

About the Role:

• Be the trusted first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions.
• Use empathy and strategic guidance to help caregivers explore best care options.

What You'll Do:

• Take inbound leads remotely and conduct initial consultation calls.
• Educate families and refer them to suitable communities or providers.
• Complete a 4-week training program to become a liaison.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of inside sales or inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets and strong multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $45,760 with uncapped variable bonus targeting $74,000 OTE.
