Inbound Sales Specialist

What you will do:

• Educate and support prospective Trupanion customers through inbound warm leads, phone, and email interactions.
• Build genuine trust with pet parents using a consultative approach to recommend coverage solutions.
• Confidently navigate customer concerns and guide them through the enrollment process.

Experience you have:

• 2+ years of successful B2C sales or inbound call center experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
