Role Overview:

  • Engage with customers during moments that matter, providing empathy and thorough support to prevent cancellations.
  • Handle high call volumes and email follow-ups, focusing on re-educating customers on policy value.

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time, Pacific Time hours with mandatory weekend availability; remote in most US states, hybrid option in Seattle office.
  • Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PT for first seven weeks, with on-camera attendance required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $23/hour base pay with uncapped monthly bonuses based on performance; Restricted Stock Units vesting over 4 years.
  • Benefits include free medical, dental, vision, four weeks PTO, nine paid float holidays, five-week sabbatical after five years, and free pet insurance for one pet.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer retention or account management in a call center; 1+ year in customer service.
  • Must obtain and maintain Property and Casualty licensing in all 50 states; $1500 sign-on bonus for already licensed candidates.
