Make outbound calls to 80-100 prospective members daily explaining Thyme Care's services and encouraging enrollment.
Build trust through active listening, document member needs, and obtain consent while escalating urgent issues.
Participate in coaching sessions to meet quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or a fast-paced environment; recent college graduates with 1+ years of experience considered.
Member-first approach, metrics focus, growth mindset, effective communication, and comfort with technology.
Must have a private, quiet working environment with high-speed internet for member privacy compliance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay rate is $24.03/hour with bonus potential up to $2,500 per quarter.
Offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a generous vacation policy.
Full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of 9:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
