Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to 80-100 prospective members daily explaining Thyme Care's services and encouraging enrollment.
  • Build trust through active listening, document member needs, and obtain consent while escalating urgent issues.
  • Participate in coaching sessions to meet quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or a fast-paced environment; recent college graduates with 1+ years of experience considered.
  • Member-first approach, metrics focus, growth mindset, effective communication, and comfort with technology.
  • Must have a private, quiet working environment with high-speed internet for member privacy compliance.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay rate is $24.03/hour with bonus potential up to $2,500 per quarter.
  • Offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a generous vacation policy.
  • Full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of 9:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
