Responsibilities:

  • Manage high call volumes within tight deadlines, de-escalating difficult situations with empathy and clear communication.
  • Utilize multiple systems to support customers seamlessly, handling phone, chat, and email inquiries.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and meet productivity and quality targets.

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time position requiring 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including full weekends.
  • This role is remote for candidates anywhere in the US, with the option for a hybrid schedule in the Seattle office.
  • Must have a reliable wired internet connection; wireless connections are not permitted.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The pay is $21/hour on a full-time schedule, with potential uncapped monthly bonuses.
