Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls to help individuals understand coverage and select products.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and build relationships.
- Assist with Medicare application workflows and answer policy questions.
Qualifications:
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Texas.
- At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy.
