About the Role:
- Seasonal contract providing phone support to insurance agents across the US.
- Fully remote position requiring dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
- Reports to a Supervisor; runs through end of December 2026.
What You'll Do:
- Take calls from agents to troubleshoot the platform and answer policy questions.
- Learn and apply ACA enrollment processes.
- Perform related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
- Previous customer service experience and 3+ years of combined work/education/volunteer experience.
- Strong collaboration and multitasking skills.
