Responsibilities:
- Develop strong knowledge of Horace Mann Life and Retirement insurance products, services and policies.
- Handle and problem solve customers' inquiries via phone, email, and chats.
- Responsible for proactive up-sell and cross-sell of insurance solutions to existing customer base.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred.
- Successfully complete the Service Representative Trainee Program and obtain required licenses.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote with a private, organized location free from household distractions.
- Must have internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload.
- Must be able to work any shift between 7:00 am-8:00 pm CST Monday-Friday and Saturdays 10 am-2 pm CST.
