Primary Responsibilities:
- Every customer interaction must be top notch in quality, serving as the front end customer support for Graybar.com and extended hours support for internal and external customers.
- Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims.
- Provide support on product selection and application to ensure customer needs are met.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Sunday 8a-5p, Monday & Tuesday 2p-10p, Wednesday & Thursday 8a-5p. This is a remote position with quarterly in-office meetings in Chesterfield, MO.
- First 6-8 weeks will be in office for training purposes.
- Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour depending on experience.
