Conduct outbound and inbound calls to explain Medicare insurance options and enroll clients in suitable plans.
Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance with CMS guidelines.
Provide ongoing client support post-enrollment to drive renewals and referrals.

Qualifications:

Active health insurance license required; Medicare experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
