About the role:
- Own the full engine connecting partnerships, events, and campaigns into one cohesive world.
- Build a repeatable system where every partner, product drop, and cultural moment is fully realized.
- Report directly to SVP of Brand and operate as a true player-coach.
In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end product collaboration from partner sourcing through creative and launch.
- Lead events strategy and production as direct extensions of collaboration narratives.
- Drive biz dev as a measurable acquisition channel and build integrated brand campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in brand, partnerships, and/or experiential with meaningful in-house time at consumer, CPG, or DTC brands.
- Hands-on events and experiential production experience.
- Comfortable with performance data like nCAC, first orders, ROAS.
