- Provide advisory support on contract interpretation and mentor junior team members.
- Develop tracking systems and reporting tools for contract metrics and compliance monitoring.
Requirements and Benefits:
- 5+ years of contract management experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications (CHC, CRCM, JD) are a plus.
