The Sales Lead of the Remote Advice Team Easy Banking is one of the key figures that makes this strategic priority a reality. As a Sales Lead, you will passionately lead 13 remote advisors within the team. You will report hierarchically to the Head of Remote Advice Easy Banking.
Your goal is to help the team realize its ambitious commercial goals. You play a key role in the planning and execution of our efforts to further develop the Remote Advice Team Easy Banking and realize ING's growth objectives within the business segment. In addition, you are responsible for the training and development of the advisors in the team, so that the Remote Advice Team becomes a source of talent within our broader organization.
