Senior Looker Developer, Data

What You'll Do:

• Own and evolve Power Digital's enterprise LookML semantic layer as the governed foundation for analytics across a 1,000+ person organization and 600+ clients.
• Write scalable and performant LookML with rich metadata for conversational analytics use cases.
• Build best-in-class data products in Looker for internal stakeholders and clients, applying strong data visualization and UI/UX principles.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.

What Success Looks Like:

• Achieve >50% of client-facing reporting from shared governed semantic components within 6 months, then maintain >=75%.
• Increase self-service deflection to 50% within 6 months, then maintain >=75%.
• Hold production metric-definition discrepancies and data-quality incidents at <5%.
