Senior Environmental Sustainability & ESG Manager

Strategy, Governance, and Leadership:

• Develop and evolve the company's environmental sustainability and ESG strategies, benchmarking against peers and aligning with enterprise goals.
• Own greenhouse gas target setting and implementation pathways, including market-based instruments and supplier initiatives.
• Promote sound ESG governance practices and integrate climate risks into enterprise risk management.

ESG Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:

• Track and ensure compliance with applicable environmental and ESG regulations, including CSRD and state-level laws.
• Oversee the project management of voluntary reports and direct climate risk and double materiality assessments.
• Establish robust data processes to maintain audit trails for internal and external assurance.

Commercial Alignment and Stakeholder Management:

• Develop consistent strategies for responding to RFPs and customer inquiries, effectively communicating ESG performance.
• Serve as ESG SME during contract negotiations, partnering with commercial legal on sustainability addendums.
• Partner with internal teams to integrate sustainability into strategic programming and meet stakeholder expectations.
