About the Role:
- Lead new business acquisition and account expansion across North America as part of the international GTM team.
- Own territory planning, outbound execution, and enterprise pipeline development.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Climate Experience, and Product teams.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to win new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts.
- Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and understanding of the regional market.
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing.
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex enterprise SaaS sales.
- Deeply familiar with ESG frameworks, carbon markets, and decarbonization strategies.
- Skilled in solution selling with the ability to influence decision-makers at the VP/C-suite level.
