About the role:

  • Shape the future of the enterprise revenue strategy.
  • Own the vision, execution, and results of a multi-region enterprise sales organization.
  • Lead an established team of leaders and Account Executives across North America and EMEA.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and deliver the enterprise bookings target.
  • Refine and execute enterprise GTM strategy across NAM and EMEA markets.
  • Improve sales processes, coaching strategies and cadence, and AE skills to increase win rates.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on enterprise segments.
  • Leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound enterprise sales motions.
