Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Director with emphasis on client liaison and technical leadership, ensuring sound engineering quality and project profitability.
- Provide technical review and quality assurance support for projects and proposals related to MRFs and Transfer Stations.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing programs and formal business development plans for the Southwest Region.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and cost estimates while maintaining community and professional association contacts.
Personnel Development:
- Train, mentor, and develop technical and project management skills of staff and Project Managers.
- Assist in professional development and establish career opportunities, adhering to safety programs and ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transfer stations and MRFs.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred, with strong business development experience on the West Coast and excellent communication skills.
