Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international operations strategy across all non-US markets, including fulfillment, freight, duties, and returns.
- Manage 3PL, freight, and carrier partners to optimize speed, cost, and customer experience.
- Own compliance, landed cost modeling, and new market readiness.
Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years in international ecommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Deep knowledge of cross-border duties, taxes, and DDP/DDU strategy.
- Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.
